Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds accepted. No returns are honored. Items with significant factory defects such as misprinted, damaged and defective are accepted for exchange within 72 hours from when the shipment was received. We require that customers send an email for any problems with merchandise with in the 72 hour window of receiving. items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed , undamaged and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds tp process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@feeldamessage.com . Included the following in your email:
1. Your order number
2. Name on the order
3. Email the order was made with
4. Your request
5. A photograph demonstrating the misprint or the damaged area of the item.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
